Dee Bibb Industrial Park is located South of Las Vegas, New Mexico, with easy access to Interstate 25. The 42-acre development has vacant properties under private ownership available for development.

The site is currently in Phase II development, which includes road upgrades, drainage improvements and re-plating of some times. The anchor tenant at the park is Old Wood LLC, a wood floor manufacturer with customers across the country and around the world.

Among the tenants and owners are UPS delivery service and office, RV Transportation, Frosty Mountain Ice Company, GL Environmental, Coca Cola Enterprises, and Ybarra Propane.
